Focus on Your Sales Management

A few weeks back I wrote a post called 6 Questions That Help You Increase Revenue.  I outlined how you recalibrate and get sales up, which results in getting your business on track for a strong push to the end of the year.

Many of the items suggested in the article focus on good sound sales management. Many small businesses owners have not managed a sales team before, as a result they struggle getting revenue up. Sale management becomes a skill that needs to be nurtured if you are to grow a successful business.
